The fundamental goal of Sigma Theta Psi, Inc. is to support its members as they pursue higher education and beyond. After graduation, the longevity of the sisterhood continues through alumnae relations.   As Sigma Theta Psi, Inc. Alumnae continue to give back to the community in the professional world, they support and mentor undergraduate members.  Sigma Theta Psi, Inc. provides a strong professional and social network  for sisters to connect across fields and regions.    

Sisters are currently pursuing careers in Law, Medicine, Business, Politics, Accounting, Journalism, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Teaching, Engineering, Communications, and Academia.   Though primarily concentrated in California and Nevada, alumni sisters are spread out across the nation and the world.

The Alumnae Association host four annual national events. They are:

• July Alumnae Vegas Trip
• Southern California Networking Mixer
• January Alumnae Lake Tahoe Snow Trip
• Family Day's at most local chapters

The Alumnae Association supports chapter, national and philanthropy events through monetary donations made by monthly subscriptions and annual donations. Alumnae members act as mentors, advisors and leaders for future generations of Sigma Theta Psi, Inc. members. We welcomed 62 graduated members into the alumni association and 3 alumni members completed grad school in 2006!!
